Woobico

Woobico ("we", "us") is an expense and income tracking app for truck and trailer owner-operators, available on iOS. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
Business data you enter: trucks, trailers, drivers, expenses, incomes, recurring rules and any documents (receipts, settlements, invoices) you upload. This data belongs to you and is stored so the app can work.
Subscription status: whether your subscription is active, provided to us by Apple through RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details — all billing is handled by Apple.
Only to provide the service: showing your records and reports, sending transactional emails (email verification, password reset), and processing the documents you upload.
AI document recognition: when you scan a document, its content is sent to OpenAI's API to extract the amounts and dates. Per OpenAI's API terms, this data is not used to train their models. We do not send your documents anywhere else.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for marketing. There are no third-party analytics or ad SDKs in the app.
On servers located in the United States (DigitalOcean). All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted with TLS.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and ALL associated data at any time in the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Apple (payments), RevenueCat (subscription status), OpenAI (document text extraction), Resend (transactional email), DigitalOcean (hosting). Each receives only the minimum data required for its function.
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date above.
